Our network of Family lawyers deal with the whole spectrum of Family Law. On a daily, basis we seem to live in a world where family problems arise. Paternity rights, marital issues, divorces or even juvenile delinquencies are just some of the problems we will deal with.
Family Lawyers – who do you represent?
As a dedicated network of Family lawyers, we handle all legal matters from divorces, child custody cases, child support cases, premarital agreements, visitation rights, paternity rights for any member of the family, husbands, wives, grandparents or guardians have all been represented by ourselves. Adoptions can also be handled by ourselves.
Depending on the type of case will depend on the type of work we do. It is our upmost priority to make sure all our clients receive the rights they deserve whilst still maintaining the best communication and understanding between all parties involved. In some cases where there might be other family lawyers involved it is essential we carry out our business at any mediation meetings in the best interest of our clients.
We have a dedicated network of family lawyers who will see through the whole process and if the parties don’t settle during the mediation proceedings, we will represent the client when the case is taken to court.
Some of our work does carry over to other specialities such as criminal law when we are dealing with for example domestic violence cases where this does happen, we have the experience to deal with these issues.
Family lawyers are for everyone and not just the rich and famous seeking prenuptial agreements although we have handled such cases as well. Not all family law firms are the same as some will only specialise in certain things unlike ourselves where we have the team and expertise to cover most family law matters.
